FMS II runs on any computer that is capable of running X-Plane. But here are the details:



FMS II classic is available for Mac and PC. You need no additional software to run FMS II.

Required hardware:

- Apple PowerMac (604 and later)
- 16 MB free RAM
- 50+ MB free HD space
- 800*600/32k colors

- Pentium II 120
- 32 MB RAM physically
- 50+ MB HD space
- 800*600/32k colors


Preferred Hardware : Apple G3/266 and later, 32 MB RAM for FMS II.


(yes, it's a lot of RAM, but FMS II has to deal with over 39000 records. This takes some cpu cycles... and FMS behaves much better if you can give it enough RAM.

Runs on any MacOS 8.x (including 8.6) and win9x. Not tested on winNT but this should work.





FMS II Pro is available for Mac and PC. You need the Filemaker database software (www.filemaker.com). The Pro edition gives you access to the database structure. You may change and add whatever you like. The database is completely open.

- 24 MB free RAM
- 50+ MB free HD space
- 800*600/32k colors

- Pentium II 120
- 48 MB RAM physically
- 50+ MB HD space
- 800*600/32k colors


Preferred Hardware : Apple G3/300 and later, 64 MB RAM for FMS II.
